Tecnau finishing integrates with Ricoh Pro VC80000

Tecnau effectively pairs its Revolution 50 series with the recently announced Ricoh Pro VC80000 continuous feed inkjet printer.

Common Tecnau finishing configurations for the VC80000 printer include:

• Revolution 50 roll-to-roll, including the recently introduced Unwinder u50 and Rewinder r50, with speeds up to 250m/min and supporting a media range from 40 to 350gsm;
• Zero Speed Splicer Roll 55 automates roll changes without stopping the printer;
• Revolution 50 Cut & Stack supports various configurations such as 1-up, 2-up merged, 3up and 4-up stacks, with variable sheet length features for automatic format change; and
• TC 1550 HS Dynamic Processors offer on-demand perforations and optional dynamic hole punching or scoring.

Additionally, such configurations will be available on request for web widths up to 23 in.
