Sean Springett joins Contiweb as managing director

Contiweb, a specialist manufacturer of web-handling equipment and provider of integrated technical solutions for web offset printing, web inkjet printing and packaging production, appoints Sean Springett as managing director for North America, effective July 1.

Springett joins Contiweb with nearly 30 years of experience in the printing industry. He will be responsible for overseeing all operations and strategic initiatives for the North American market.

Springett most recently served as CEO for Manroland Sheetfed USA and Canada for more than eight years, where he was instrumental in navigating operations, increasing market shares through strategic partnerships, all while strengthening the customer base. Prior to that he served as sales director at Muller Martini, where he drove and supported Canadian sales operations for 10 years.
