Konica Minolta sells its ERP solutions division to Avaniko Technologies. Since the company is narrowing the scope of its business, the decision was made to divest its ERP solutions division.

Konica Minolta expects to improve the profitability of its DW-DX business through the transfer.

Further, the ERP solutions services will be able to leverage even greater strengths by joining Avaniko that owns advanced technological SAP capabilities.
