Colordyne Technologies sells its 1600 Series and 1800 Series benchtop business to Afinia Label. This strategic move marks a significant step for both companies as they continue to align their business focuses and leverage their core strengths to better serve the digital printing market.
The sale comes as Colordyne shifts its focus towards higher volume production digital printing applications. Afinia will assume responsibility for consumables, spare parts, for all existing Colordyne 1600 Series and 1800 Series customers. This acquisition allows Afinia to expand its installation base and enhance its service offerings.
